I am reconstructing images of past memories of my self and imagination that I had when I was a girl in "Little World". The places used as locations were primarily ones I had visited or spent a lot of time in. I collected snippets of vague memories and half-forgotten events to produce landscapes, which I then photographed. This process is akin to dreaming, during which memories and landscapes collaborate to produce images assembled from recollections that might only be ephemeral flashes. In this process, I attempted to mirror the manner in which dreams convert private moments into universal images.
