“Poetry of Clothing” is a portrait of garments: garments as objects that transcends time and space. It captures the interaction between
the garments and calm serene natures of Japan where the sounds of birds, rivers, wind and mountains blends in with the garment.
A motif of the work is a new garment that are focusing on the research of the material, shape, and an idea of philosophical perspective
of the Shinto costume that has been passed down for more than a thousand years in Japan.
In this exhibition, it will also exhibit video works on the theme of awe for nature that cannot be resisted and secret prayers dedicated
to nature.
This exhibition is a photo and video work produced in collaboration with Dutch fashion designer Maryam Kordbacheh and Japanese
